Swiss broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 3 Tbsp
- Swiss cheese, grated - 2 c
- broccoli, chopped
How to make swiss broccoli soup:
Heat milk until simmering. Cook broccoli and onions in milk until tender. Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in flour, add this mixture to milk mixture.
