- milk
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- 10 oz - 1 pkg
- Heinz homestyle chicken gravy - 1 jar
How to make swiss broccoli soup:
In 2-quart saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in gravy, milk and broccoli; heat slowly, stirring occasionally. Add cheese, salt and pepper; heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Broccoli.
