Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- slices Swiss cheese - 8 item
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- or more Ritz cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- chicken breast halves, skinned and boneless - 8 item
How to make swiss baked chicken:
Arrange chicken in lightly oiled 13 x 9 x 1-inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and water; stir well. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken; sprinkle crumbs on top. Dot with butter or margarine. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, Meat.
