Swiss apple pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
• chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
• eggs, well beaten - 2 item
• heaping peeled, diced apples - 1 c

How to make swiss apple pie:

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Do not use party shell or pie. Yields 6 servings.
