- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- peeled and diced apples - 1 c
- walnuts, cut up - 1/2 c
How to make swiss apple pie:
Beat eggs; add sugar and vanilla and beat again. Sift dry ingredients together; add egg mixture. Stir in apples and walnuts. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Top with ice cream and whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
