Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• warm water - 1/2 c
• plus 2 tsp - 1 c

How to make sweetened condensed milk substitute:

Mix well and blend until smooth. Setting bowl in pan of hot water helps dissolve the sugar. This mixture can be used instead of Eagle Brand milk.
