- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- pineapple chunks - 1 c
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c

- small green pepper, cut in strips - 1 item
How to make sweet-sour pork chops:
Trim fat from pork chops. Brown chops on both sides in small amount of oil. Drain juice from pineapple. Mix cornstarch and vinegar until smooth. Add soy sauce, sugar and juice (add water if not enough). Cook over low heat until thickened. Pour sauce over pork chops and cook until tender, about 30 minutes. Add green pepper and pineapple; cook about 10 minutes more.Calories 185, saturated fat 2.6 g, total fat 7.4 g and cholesterol 38 mg.
