- cornstarch - 4 tsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard
- white wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
- pork chops 3/4-inch thick - 6 item
How to make sweet-sour pork chops:
Place pork chops in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, ketchup, honey, vinegar, mustard and salt. Pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake about 30 minutes longer or until meRecipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, Pork.
