Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- marshmallows - 1 item
- large can yams, drained - 1 item
How to make sweet potatoes with marshmallows:
Mash yams. Add all ingredients except marshmallows. Place in baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and add marshmallows. Return to oven long enough to melt and brown marshmallows.Recipe categories: Side dish, Yam/sweet potato, Mashed potatoes.
