Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- round slices of sweet potatoes - 1 item
- round slices of apples, cored - 1 item
How to make sweet potatoes and apples:
In 9 x 13 baking dish, place sweet potatoes and then top with apples. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over apples and sweet potatoes. Dot with butter and cover with marshmallows. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.Recipe categories: Fruit, Apple, Potato.
