- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- brown sugar
- coconut - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- yams fresh or canned - 3 c
How to make sweet potato supreme:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 stick oleo1 c. pecans Drain off excess liquid from yams; add sugar, eggs, milk, coconut, oleo and vanilla. Place in casserole dish and add topping. Melt oleo and mix brown sugar and pecans. Spread over yams and place in moderate oven at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Yam/sweet potato.
