Ingredients/Components
- can sweet potatoes - 32 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- brown sugar
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- flour - 1/3 c
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. pecans, chopped1/3 c. flour1/3 c. melted butter Drain sweet potatoes and mash. Mix sweet potatoes, vanilla, sugar, eggs and butter together. Pour into lightly greased casserole dish. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, pecans, flour and butter.
