Sweet potato souffle
Ingredients/Components
- large can sweet potatoes, drained - 1 item
- eggs - 2 item
- Eagle Brand condensed milk - 1/3 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- Put in casserole dish
- flour - 1/3 c
- melted margarine - 1/3 c
- pecans, crushed - 1 c
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Beat sweet potatoes, eggs, condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla together. Put in casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients together and put on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
