Sweet potato pudding
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- light brown sugar - 2 c
- each: cloves, cinnamon and allspice - 1 tsp
- grated, raw sweet potato - 3 c
How to make sweet potato pudding:
Add all ingredients to sweet potatoes and mix thoroughly. Turn into greased baking dish and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes, until firm on top. Serve hot, warm or cold, alone or with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Side dish, Vegetables.
