  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • large can sweet potatoes, drained - 1 item

How to make sweet potato pudding:

Mash potatoes. Add other ingredients. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle small marshmallows on top and heat until browned.
