  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • molasses - 1/2 c
  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • grated rind of 1 orange
  • grated raw sweet potatoes - 4 c

How to make sweet potato pone:

To grated sweet potatoes, add milk and other ingredients. Pour into large greased baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 325°.
