  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • milk - 3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • butter, melted - 4 Tbsp
  • large sweet potatoes - 4 item

How to make sweet potato pie:

Cook sweet potatoes, peel and mash. Add all other ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie crust. Bake at 250° for about 45 minutes.
