  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
  • allspice - 1/2 tsp
  • canned milk - 2/3 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 2 c
  • flour, mixed with water to make a paste - 1/2 c

How to make sweet potato pie:

Beat potatoes. Mix in all the spices, vanilla, eggs, milk and butter. Mix well, then add flour mixture. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 400° for 30 to 45 minutes.
