Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/4 lb
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
How to make sweet potato pie:
Combine all ingredients. Use electric mixer and beat until light and fluffy. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° until knife stuck in the middle comes out clean.Recipe categories: Desserts, Potato, Vegetables.
