  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • can sweet potatoes sometimes called yams, mashed 1 lb
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell

How to make sweet potato pie:

Blend together with mixer (electric, hand or bowl stand). Pour mixture into pan over unbaked pie crust. Bake in 350° oven for approx. 40 minutes.
