Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • self-rising flour - 2 Tbsp
  • large sweet potatoes - 2 item
  • pie shell - 1 item
  • Carnation can small one - 1/2 c

How to make sweet potato pie:

Boil potatoes whole or peel and slice (cut up). Cook until done. Drain water off and blend together while hot. Add margarine, sugar, milk, egg and flour. Blend well and pour into pie shell and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
