  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • brown sugar
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • canned milk - 1/2 c
  • sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 3 c

How to make sweet potato delite:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/4 c. butter1/4 c. flour Mix all ingredients together, except for topping. Mix sugar, butter and flour as crumbs. Spread over potatoes and top with 1 cup pecans, chopped. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, covered.
