  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • brown sugar
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato delight:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar2/3 stick margarine1/3 c. flour1 c. chopped pecans Mix together sweet potatoes, sugar, margarine, vanilla and eggs. Pour mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Mix together topping ingredients. Sprinkle topping over potato mixture.
