  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • vanilla
  • stick margarine - 3/4 item
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • plain flour - 1/3 c
  • margarine - 1/3 c
  • oatmeal - 1 c
  • Mix well
  • cooked and mashed sweet potatoes - 4 c

How to make sweet potato delight:

Combine all ingredients together. Mix well.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. margarine1 c. oatmeal1/3 c. plain flour Mix together, mashing out any lumps of brown sugar. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
