Sweet potato custard

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1/4 c
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• butter - 1 c
• nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
• orange extract - 1 tsp
• mace - 1/8 tsp
• mashed, boiled sweet potatoes - 2 c

How to make sweet potato custard:

Melt butter, add to potatoes, add beaten eggs. Mix all dry ingredients and add to potato mixture alternately with milk. Add vanilla and orange extract. Put in 2 pie pans or 1 oblong pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set.
