Sweet potato crunch
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- margarine, melted
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- cooked mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
- butter margarine
How to make sweet potato crunch:
Crunch Topping:2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine, melted1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. all-purpose flour1 c. chopped pecans Combine all ingredients (except topping), beat at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Spoon into lightly greased baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and spread over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Potato, Vegetables.
