Sweet potato crunch
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 2/3 item
- cans mashed, drained sweet potatoes - 2 oz
- can cream - 1 item
- Mix well
- self rising flour - 2/3 c
How to make sweet potato crunch:
Combine all ingredients for crunch in a lager bowl. Mix well. Place in greased 3 qt. Pyrex dish.Topping:2 c. pecans, chopped2 c. brown sugar2/3 stick margarine, melted2/3 c. self rising flour Mix topping ingredients; spread over top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Serves 12.Tip: You can use real butter in place of margarine.
