  • melted butter - 3/4 c
  • light brown sugar - 1 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • cooked sweet potatoes, mashed - 7 c

How to make sweet potato crisp:

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, 3/4 cup butter, eggs, milk and vanilla. Blend in mixer until creamy. Combine brown sugar and flour; add 3/4 cup melted butter. Add pecans. Place potato mixture in large casserole; cover with brown sugar mixture. Bake at
