Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/3 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 3/4 c
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- light brown sugar - 1 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- cooked sweet potatoes, mashed - 7 c
How to make sweet potato crisp:
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, 3/4 cup butter, eggs, milk and vanilla. Blend in mixer until creamy. Combine brown sugar and flour; add 3/4 cup melted butter. Add pecans.
