  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • plain flour - 1/2 c
  • pecans - 1 c
  • medium sweet potatoes - 6 item

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. plain flour1/2 c. butter1 c. pecans Cook the sweet potatoes. Mix potatoes, milk, egg, vanilla and sugar. Pour into casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and spread on top of potatoes. Bake at 350° until browned.
