  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • brown sugar
  • evaporated milk - 1/4 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • can coconut - 1 item
  • sweet potatoes, cooked - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Nut Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour1 stick margarine1 c. nuts1 can coconut Mash potatoes; add other ingredients. Place in covered baking dish. Cover with nut topping. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Mix flour and sugar; melt margarine and mix. Add nuts and coconut; mix well. Spread on top of casserole.
