  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • crushed corn flakes - 3/4 c
  • stick margarine, melted - 3/4 item
  • cooked sweet potatoes - 2 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Combine mashed potatoes, eggs, milk, white sugar, 3/4 stick margarine and spices; mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine corn flake crumbs, brown sugar, nuts and other 3/4 stick margarine.
