Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar
- mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour1 c. chopped pecans1 stick margarine Preheat oven to 350°. Mix potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, 1 stick margarine and vanilla in large bowl until smooth. Place into large casserole dish.Combine brown sugar and flour for topping. Cut margarine into topping and add nuts. Sprinkle topping onto potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Note: Suitable for freezing.
