- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- melted margarine
- margarine - 1/2 c
- brown sugar, firmly packed
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- flour plain - 1/2 c
- mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed1/2 c. flour (plain)2 1/2 Tbsp. melted margarine1/2 c. chopped pecans Combine this mixture and spoon into 2-quart casserole. Add topping. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Topping: Combine well allRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
