  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar
  • stick butter - 1/3 item
  • self-rising flour - 1/3 c
  • cooked, mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. self-rising flour1/3 stick butter1 c. chopped pecans Mix all ingredients together, put in buttered baking dish and top with topping. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
