Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 3/4
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • oleo - 1/3 c
  • oleo, melted - 1/2 c
  • pecans, chopped - 1 item
  • cooked, mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, 1/2 cup oleo and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Combine brown sugar, flour and 1/3 cup oleo. Spread on top of casserole. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Note: I always taste and use the amount of sugar I want.
