mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
Topping:1 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix all ingredients and spoon into a well-greased casserole pan.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. margarine, melted1/3 c. flour1 c. chopped pecans1 c. coconut Combine ingredients and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake casserole at 325° for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
