Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- cup brown sugar - 1/2 item
- cup sugar - 1 item
- cups mashed, cooked sweet potatoes - 2 item
- cup self-rising flour - 1/3 item
- cup canned milk - 1/2 item
- Topping:1/2 cup chopped pecans
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Topping:1/2 cup chopped pecans1/3 cup self-rising flour1/2 cup brown sugar3 Tbsp. melted butter Mix potatoes, butter, sugar, vanilla, salt and flour. Add milk and eggs; beat well. Pour into greased casserole dish.Topping: Mix pecans, flour, brown sugar and butter with fork and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
