  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • Topping:1 c
  • cooked sweet potatoes, mashed - 3 c
  • stick oleo, cut into small pieces not melted - 1 item

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix with mixer and pour into casserole dish.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. flour1 stick oleo, cut into small pieces (not melted)1 c. chopped pecans Mix and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
