  • cooked mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • sugar - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar
  • chopped nuts or coconut - 1 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped nuts or coconut1/3 c. flour1/2 c. melted butter Mix the potatoes, eggs, 1/2 cup butter, salt, sugar, milk and vanilla. Put in baking dish.

Topping: Mix the ingredients; pour over potato mixture. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
