  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • butter or margarine
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • brown sugar
  • melted margarine or butter - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon optional - 1 item
  • mashed cooked sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 c. flour2 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine1/2 c. chopped pecans Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and 1/2 cup margarine. Put into a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover with topping. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until light brown.
