  • cooked sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • sugar - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • stick melted margarine - 1/2 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • Topping:1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Combine ingredients and pour into casserole dish.Topping:1/2 c. flour1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped nuts1/2 stick melted margarine Combine and put on top of casserole. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Can be made ahead of time and then baked when ready for meal.
