Sweet potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- brown sugar
- butter - 1/2 c
- soft butter - 1/3 c
- self-rising flour - 1/3 c
- sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 3 c
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Crust:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. self-rising flour1/3 c. soft butter1 c. chopped pecans Mix potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, butter and vanilla together until smooth. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Combine "crust" ingredients and spread over top of potato mixture. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
