  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • coconut
  • melted butter - 1/3 c
  • plain flour - 1/3 c
  • cooked mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. coconut1 c. chopped nuts1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. plain flour1/3 c. melted butter Mix all ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish.

Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over the potato mixture. Bake for 25 minutes at 375°.
