  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • brown sugar
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 stick margarine1 c. chopped pecans Mix first 5 ingredients and put into buttered casserole dish. Top with next 4 ingredients, mixed with fingers and spread on sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
