Sweet potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- pecans - 1 c
- light brown sugar - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- medium or 1 can sweet potatoes - 3 item
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Peel, slice and boil sweet potatoes in small amount of water. Drain, then mash. Stir in milk, sugar, 1 stick of margarine, vanilla and eggs. Stir all together and pour into large baking dish. In bowl, cream together the brown sugar, 1 stick of margarine and flour, then stir in pecans. Drop by tablespoonful over potatoes.
