  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. chopped pecans1/2 c. margarine1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour Mix all ingredients, except those for topping, in shallow dish. Mix topping ingredients well; spread over potato mixture before baking. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
