  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar
  • coconut - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/3 c
  • large can sweet potatoes, drained - 1 item

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1 c. chopped nuts1/2 c. margarine Mix all ingredients together and put into a large casserole dish. Sprinkle topping mixture on top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Topping: Mix all ingredients together with fingers until well blended and sprinkle on top of potatoes.
