  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • stick butter - 3/4 item
  • light brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • crushed corn flakes - 1 c
  • walnuts - 1/2 c
  • Pet milk - 1 c
  • sweet potatoes, mashed - 3 c
  • Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix ingredients and pour in 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.Topping:3/4 stick butter1 c. crushed corn flakes1/2 c. walnuts1/2 c. light brown sugar Melt butter and add corn flakes, walnuts and light brown sugar. Spread over sweet potato mixture and bake an additional 15 minutes at 400°.
