Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • light brown sugar - 1 c
  • oleo, melted - 1/3 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix sweet potatoes, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt with beater and put in a greased casserole dish.

For Topping: Mix brown sugar, flour, oleo and pecans with fork. Sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
