Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- milk
- flour - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- whole eggs - 2 item
- or 2 cans sweet potatoes - 1 item
- Add sugar, eggs, spices, margarine and milk
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Drain potatoes if canned. Add sugar, eggs, spices, margarine and milk. Beat until smooth. Pour into buttered casserole.Topping:3/4 c. sugar1/2 c. flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon3/4 c. chopped pecans1/2 stick margarine Combine first 4 ingredients. Spread over top of potato mixture.
